1. Responsibilities
a. All rights of use and disposal over this website belong to youcontent360.com.
b. youcontent360.com reserves the right to change any conditions and information available on the site and its sub-pages — including the contractual terms — without prior notice.
c. youcontent360.com undertakes that the member will benefit from the contracted services, save for technical malfunctions.
ç. The User accepts in advance that they shall not reverse engineer the use of the site, nor engage in any other action aimed at finding or obtaining the source code; otherwise, they shall be liable for any damages incurred by third parties and shall be subject to legal and criminal proceedings.
d. The User accepts that they shall not produce or share content — within site activities, in any section of the site, or in communications — that is contrary to general morality and decency, contrary to law, harmful to the rights of third parties, misleading, aggressive, obscene, pornographic, harmful to personal rights, contrary to copyright, or that promotes unlawful activities. Otherwise, the User shall be solely responsible for any resulting damage; in such cases, 'Site' authorities may suspend or terminate such accounts and reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings. For this reason, if information requests regarding activity or user accounts are received from judicial authorities, the right to share is reserved.
